CIPP (Club and Individual Participation Program) is a fee required by USA Rugby.  This association requires an annual payment from any Team Member.  It allows the rugby team to compete in territorial games as well as insures the team as a whole while engaged in play.  More details can be found at the USA Rugby website (www.usarugby.org).  The CIPP fee is NOT collected by the UNCG Womens Rugby Club; instead, it is paid directly to the USA Rugby organization.  Your CIPP number/membership is required to be a team member in good standing. You MUST be CIPPed before playing your first game.

How to CIPP:
1. Go to http://membership.usarugby.org/

2. Choose “Create / Renew Individual Membership”

3. Enter your personal information, continue to next page.

4. scroll to the bottom, select all checkboxes to acknowledge receipt, and click “Accept Waiver” to continue.

5. Fill in your contact information, continue to next page.

6. LOOK FOR US BY TYPING IN %Greensboro

7. Enter the following information:
I am a PLAYER COLLEGIATE for WOMENS RUGBY UNCG WRFC
If you just type “%Greensboro” in the Club Name field, our team will appear in a list along with the men’s and youth teams  – MAKE SURE YOU PICK THE CORRECT TEAM.

8. Click “Save”, and then “Check Out” to proceed to the payment page.

9. Enter your payment information, then click “Pay Now”.

Congratulations, you are officially on the public roster for UNCG Women’s Rugby Football Club. You can view our team roster by going to http://membership.usarugby.org, choosing “View Public Roster”, and searching for our club. Welcome to the team!
